Signing in & your plan
One BetTrading.net account signs you in here and carries your plan. This page covers what that means inside the application; the account itself is managed on the BetTrading.net website.
Signing in
Enter the email address and password of your BetTrading.net account on the sign-in screen. The application verifies them with BetTrading.net and, once verified, your plan takes effect immediately.
If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot password? link on the sign-in screen. It emails you a one-time link to set a new one. The application uses the new password from your next sign-in.
What your plan controls
- Features unlock live from your subscription. Move from Basic to Pro and the application picks it up at your next sign-in — there is no reinstall and no licence key to enter.
- Pro features you do not have are usually hidden, not greyed out. If a window or button described in this guide is not on screen, the most likely reason is that it is part of Pro.
- Your exchange connections are unaffected by a plan change, except that Basic supports one connected exchange at a time — see Connecting your exchanges.
If BetTrading.net can't be reached
The application keeps working with your last-known plan for up to 72 hours if the platform is unreachable, so a connection problem at our end never stops you trading. After that window it will ask you to sign in again.
Your BetTrading.net account (this page) is separate from your exchange accounts — your money and your bets at Betdaq, Smarkets, Matchbook or Betfair, covered in Connecting your exchanges. BetTrading.net never holds your funds; deposits and withdrawals always happen at your exchange.
Changing your plan, your country, your privacy choices, your payment details, exporting your data or closing your account all happen on the BetTrading.net website rather than in this application. Open BetTrading.net in your web browser and sign in — the Help section there covers each of them.
