Subscriptions & billing

There are two plans: Basic, which is free and stays free, and Pro, which is paid. This page covers how they differ, how to move between them, and how payment works.

Basic and Pro

Basic is the entry plan and costs nothing. It is real trading on one connected exchange, with capped but genuine versions of the core features — not a demo, and not time-limited. Take as long as you like on it.

Pro adds the multi-exchange and professional tooling: several exchanges connected at once, the ladder window, the multi-market dashboard, dutching, automation rules, order broadcasting, cross-provider price routing and full history export. A higher plan never has less than a lower one.

Upgrading to Pro

Upgrade from your account page. Checkout opens in a secure window; once payment is confirmed, Pro is active immediately on the website, and the desktop application picks it up at your next sign-in there. There is nothing to reinstall and no licence key to enter.

Pausing, resuming and cancelling

• Pause — stops billing and suspends Pro access until you resume. Useful out of season.
• Resume — restarts billing and restores Pro access.
• Cancel — schedules the subscription to end at the close of the period you have already paid for. You keep Pro until that date, then the account returns to Basic. Your account, your history and your exchange connections are unaffected.

All three are on your account page, and the page tells you the date any scheduled change takes effect.

Payment, receipts and tax

Payments are handled by Paddle, who act as Merchant of Record for every BetTrading.net sale. Your card details are held by Paddle and never by us — there is no card form on this website, deliberately, and we never see or store your card number.

• Receipts — Paddle emails one for every payment.
• Changing your card — open the Paddle billing portal from the link in any receipt Paddle has sent you.
• Tax — VAT or local sales tax is calculated by Paddle from the country on your account, and shown before you confirm.

Refunds

Because Basic is free and unlimited in time, you can evaluate BetTrading.net fully before paying anything — so Pro subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a period has started. The Refund Policy is the authoritative statement, including the statutory rights it cannot override and how to raise a billing problem.
